1:1 Nutrition Coaching With Kristin

 This is a 3-month, fully personalized coaching experience designed to help you transform your relationship with food, build sustainable habits, and create lasting change without restriction or obsession.

This is not a meal plan or a rigid diet framework. It is a structured nutrition, behavior, and mindset coaching process designed to support real life change so you can feel confident, calm, and in control around food.

 

How the Program Works

The program is divided into 4 strategic phases that adapt to your individual needs, patterns, and progress over time.

Month 1: Foundation & Awareness (Weekly Calls)
We begin with weekly coaching calls to build strong foundations. During this phase, we focus on identifying current patterns, stabilizing nutrition habits, and creating immediate structure and momentum. This is where awareness is built and change begins to feel achievable.

Month 2: Consistency & Behavior Change (Biweekly Calls)
As stability increases, we shift into biweekly support. The focus moves toward reinforcing consistent habits, breaking cycles of restriction and overeating, and developing sustainable routines that fit your real lifestyle.

Month 3: Integration & Independence (Biweekly Calls)
In the final phase, we focus on confidence and independence. You learn how to maintain results without dependency, navigate real-world situations with ease, and fully trust yourself with food long-term.
