A little bit about me... 

As someone who grew up playing sports I didn't have to pay much attention to what I ate when I was younger. I was burning off anything and always maintained an athletic physique.

That is, until I wasn't playing sports anymore. I had to learn how to maintain that healthy body and mind without playing sports. And boy, was there trial and error. I learned that you couldn't outrun a bad diet. 

Maybe like you, I spent most of my time looking for resources on the internet for a solution. Was it a ketogenic diet, or was it becoming vegan? Or maybe intermittent fasting would work for me - or just obsessive cardio. 

Many eating habits would give me the physique I liked temporarily but there was one thing that was missing - a healthy mind. 

What I came to realize is that what works for someone else may not work for me. Each of us are different in height, genetics & lifestyle. And when I started to personalize nutrition to how it fit into my life I had both a good physique AND a healthy mind.

Being healthy is not just looking good externally. It is feeling well internally as well. I learned that a healthy lifestyle is a balance. It's not just a temporary diet for 3 weeks or obsessive exercise 5 days in the week. It is finding a way that you can maintain without it taking over your mind.

I believe personalized nutrition helps anyone be better at everything in life. What I put in my body results in how I show up in life: being more positive, having more energy and a clearer mind. 

I truly believe that nutrition is the key foundation to a better, more fulfilled life. My goal is to help make nutrition simple. And that starts here.
